03. one grapefruit
04. ½ teaspoon honey
05. baby arugula

directions;
squeeze the lemon over the salmon fillet. bake (350º) or grill until thoroughly cooked.
combine the honey and a couple tablespoons of oil. peel and chop the grapefruit into sections. wash and chop up the arugula. add in the grapefruit sections (saving a few) and pour ¾ of the honey and oil mixture over the salad. use the other ¼ of the mixture to pour over the salmon. take the saved grapefruit sections to squeeze over the salad and salmon. salt and pepper to taste. enjoy!
