directions;
cook your meat/"meat" in a pan with a tiny amount of extra virgin olive oil or pam spray. while heating up, prepare your vegetables - slice and dice as needed - and prepare your cheese! heat the soft or hard taco shells in the oven for a few minutes (be sure to watch constantly, otherwise they will burn!). slap it all together and enjoy! ps. the key to keeping taco's healthy is to use more vegetables than meat/"meat".
